About Arlington Crane Rental

Arlington Crane Rental supplies cranes, operated or bare, plus heavy equipment for construction sites, plants, facilities and homes in Arlington and the ten nearby cities named on this page. On an operated job we provide the crane and the person running it, plan the rigging and make the lift, while the trade the lift serves, such as an HVAC or roofing contractor, keeps its own work. OSHA section 1926.1427 governs whoever runs an operated crane; for a bare rental we ask the name of your operator, who must meet that rule as well. The crane permit guide lists the rules we check before a date is fixed.

Each rental machine goes out with its manufacturer's operating information. Forklift and telehandler operators should be trained and evaluated under OSHA section 1910.178, which requires each operator's performance to be evaluated at least once every three years, and boom and scissor lift operators should hold the training OSHA and ANSI/SAIA A92.22 and A92.24 call for. Digging waits until Texas 811 has been called two business days in advance, by you or by us. If weather closes in, the lift moves to a new date on the standby terms set in the quote.
